The legally responsible provider and full contact details still need to be added to the legal notice. The planned email address is not working yet.

Providing the test version

The website is served by a Hetzner server in Nuremberg. Requests transmit necessary connection data, including IP address and requested resource, to the server. The web server does not keep an HTTP access log. Bounded operational and error logs are enabled; final provider, retention and deletion details remain to be reviewed.

Fonts, images and other files are served with the website. No analytics, advertising or social media tracking services are embedded.

Contact inquiries

Contact forms are disabled. This test version does not collect form entries or send emails. Lettermint is not connected to this public website yet.

Cookies and browser storage

The company website itself does not set cookies or save form entries in Local Storage or Session Storage. The page address selects the language. The separate customer portal prototype is outside the scope of these notes.

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent with effect for the future. You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. A working contact for exercising these rights must be added before publication.

Information still required

Full controller and contact details, legal bases and actual operating, recipient and deletion information must be completed and reviewed before regular business operation. Legal approval is outstanding.
